This is an exciting role for a new member to join our busy Operations Team. Headed up by Kerry Doyle, you will be working on a wide range of activities and learn about the busy running of our Operations Department.
You will need to be motivated to learn and achieve in the role and eager to develop your skills. You will be given full training though happy to work independently. The role will help you develop skills in all aspects of business administration and you will be a valued member of the team.
Duties of your role will include:
Day to day admin support for the entire business including:
- Filtering emails and forwarding on to the correct department
- Maintaining the filing and administrative systems
- Producing job sheets
- Dealing with suppliers
- Booking in customer orders
- Making phone calls/sending emails
- Support with social media advertising
- Assist with general office tasks
- Helping to reduce company costs
